You are welcome to have a chaperone during the appointment. If you would like a chaperone, please email info@katelloydphysio.co.uk and we will arrange this for you.

Payments by Card or BACS are accepted upon receipt of services.

If you are claiming treatment through an insurance provider, please contact us by emailing info@katelloydphysio.co.uk to confirm we are registered with your provider prior to booking an appointment. Receipts with professional registration numbers and clinic information may be provided if you need to claim back payment. Please confirm with your insurance provider prior to booking.

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 50% of the appointment cost will be charged for cancellations less that 24 hours before the appointment.

The full cost of the appointment will be charged if you fail to attend without notice.
